The Bavarian police officer Thorsten falls into the water and is killed, he was stationed at one of the Italian patrol boats with an international crew employed on behalf of the Border Agency EUROBORDAC security of European borders. A boat overloaded with refugees from the African coast was discovered by the Italian Coast Guard, the refugees become the focus of the investigation.
