Boonies, washed by rains and swamps in a province of northern Italy. Here live a father and a son. Rino is unemployed. Christian makes the middle school. Theirs is a relationship of love and tragic dark. They fight against everything. Rino educates his son as he can. Inculcating wrong principles, racism, sexist,  and often violent. Christian loves him, he is his spiritual guide. They have only one friend. It’s called 4 formaggi. He is not so well. Because of an accident, his head no longer works as before. 4 Formaggi lives for Rino, loves Christian, and spends his days at home by building a strange crib, made of dolls, toy soldiers, dolls and objects that he recovers from landfills in the city. Then in a stormy night, the tragedy happens…
